Business trip to Dortmund

Programme information:

The Economic Development Agency Dortmund and the Dortmund Chamber of Commerce and Industry offer a special programme within the scope of UEFA EURO 2024 for French multipliers & companies with expansion plans or interest in German market opportunities.

Join us on June 24th and 25th in Dortmund and gain insights on business opportunities regarding Mechanical Engineering, Production Technologies, Automation & Robotics as well as regarding Digital Transformation and Innovation in general.

We will kick off the first day with a welcome lunch. Afterwards, we invite you to participate in one of our selected industry focus events based on your needs, for instance visiting the EDIH-DO test centres and taking part in a Fraunhofer lab tour.. We will conquer the city and visit selected sites. We will then watch the evening match and network at Dortmund’s main venue regarding business events taking place within the scope of the tournament.

On the second day, Wilo will open its doors for a tour in its Smart Factory, one of Europe’s flagships. After having had lunch at a local authentic restaurant, we will follow the green carpet to the stadion. Time for watching the match France vs. Poland in our unique stadion, our “temple”, and crossing our fingers for an exciting game.

French multipliers & companies with expansion plans or interest in German market opportunities, in particular related to Dortmund.

Delegation hotel:

We have reserved a call-off contingent at the Best Western Hotel Dortmund Airport.

Costs:

The costs for your journey, your accommodation and your visit to the stadion need to be covered by you.
The organisers will cover the remaining costs as part of the programme.
