
Digital Week Dortmund International 2025
#diwodo is the Digital Week Dortmund which took place for the 9th time from September 1st to 6th, 2025.
As a decentralized digital festival, it attracts thousands of visitors each year to Dortmund companies, institutions, networks, and scientific institutions to jointly talk about digitalization, technologies and innovations.
The Digital Week Dortmund is an offer of the Economic Development Agency Dortmund which provides a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience, the promotion of innovations and thus the strengthening of the local economy.The event covers a wide range of topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Smart Cities and much more.
As part of this prestigious event, international delegations from the European Digital Innovation Hubs, visited the city. The distinguished guests used the event for their international working sessions and arrived from:

In addition, Digital Week Dortmund was proud to welcome a delegation from South Korea as Dortmund is part of the esteemed Global Innopolis Network Initiative.
Furthermore, we were happy to once again welcome guests from Dortmund's twin cities, this year from Kumasi (Ghana), Netanya (Israel)and Xi'an (China).
The University of Applied Sciences and Art also invited their international partner universities to extend their stay after having taken part in an International Summer Convention the week before. Thank you for your time: UDEM from Colombia, Universidad de Antioquia Colombia, Universidad de Medellín, National Institute of Engineering, Mysore, Indien.
